Urban Antler Creek Crafts Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase [or the item is damaged], we will be happy to return or exchange the product within [14 days of purchase] for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.

To make a return:

• Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]
• Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
• You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:

• Special orders or Custom orders

To return a product, please send a return request to Urban Antler Creek Crafts, LLC via email. ([email protected]).

Once your return request has been approved. We will send a confirmation email within 48 hours, with instructions on how to return item(s) along with a shipping label. 

Customers are responsible for a restocking fee of [$10]. Once we have received your return item(s) we will issue a credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
